Wow!
I am amazed with all these posts - thank you to everyone who is getting in on the act. I think it's a fantastic idea about Watch Dog, so I am going to drop an email to some consumer affairs and news journalists today. Fingers crossed they think it's worth some attention.

Not only did we get into Heathrow at midnight on Saturday, when we arrived at the hotel that was booked through Virgin Vacations, they had failed to reserve our room. We then had to set out to find lodging at 2 a.m. Fortunately, we had personal transportation but the failure of Virgin to assure us lodgings after that experience is totally incredulous and just another insult.
